周一（5月24日），由於發生系統宕機問題，布里斯本機場系統關閉超過半個小時，乘客面臨航班延誤。

據信使郵報報道，布里斯本機場發言人Rachel Bronish說，這次中斷髮生在早上7點30分左右，影響了整個航站樓的處理流程，其中包括行李託運、安檢和登機手續辦理等方面。

Bronish表示，「我們建議人們到他們的航空公司辦理登機手續，以防有任何延誤。」「我們在現場安置了人員維持秩序。系統出現中斷後，乘客們排起了長隊。」她說。

Bronish指出，最繁忙的時段通常是在早上6點到8點之間，他們已經解決了大部分的問題。

一些航班出現了長達15分鐘的延誤，到上午10點30分，航班已經基本上恢復正常。

目前正在進行調查，以確定系統宕機的原因。
