周一(5月24日),由于发生系统宕机问题,布里斯本机场系统关闭超过半个小时,乘客面临航班延误。
据信使邮报报道,布里斯本机场发言人Rachel Bronish说,这次中断发生在早上7点30分左右,影响了整个航站楼的处理流程,其中包括行李托运、安检和登机手续办理等方面。
Bronish表示,“我们建议人们到他们的航空公司办理登机手续,以防有任何延误。”“我们在现场安置了人员维持秩序。系统出现中断后,乘客们排起了长队。”她说。

Bronish指出,最繁忙的时段通常是在早上6点到8点之间,他们已经解决了大部分的问题。
一些航班出现了长达15分钟的延误,到上午10点30分,航班已经基本上恢复正常。
目前正在进行调查,以确定系统宕机的原因。
